This work requires us to go deep and get vulnerable about our stories. All sessions are private so you can trust that this is a safe space. Confidentiality is guaranteed. This is also a space that you can express yourself and identity freely without fear of judgment or change in session quality. Building genuine trust is a foundational part of the work we do. The work can only be done when we are being completely honest with ourselves and each other.
